Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Web Pro Studio and its clients in the context of providing web design and development services.

Article 2 - Services

Web Pro Studio offers various professional website creation packages tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs and SMBs.

Each package includes responsive design, SEO optimization, and personalized support. Specific details for each package are available on our dedicated offers page.

Article 3 - Pricing

Pricing for our different packages is available on our offers page. Prices are expressed in euros including tax and are valid at the time of order. Web Pro Studio reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order.

Article 4 - Orders and Payment

Orders are placed online through a secure payment platform. Payment is made by credit card. Depending on the chosen package, payment can be made in a single payment or as a monthly subscription.

Article 5 - Delivery

Websites are delivered within the timeframe agreed upon at the time of order, from the receipt of all necessary elements (content, images, information). Delivery times vary depending on the chosen package and project complexity.

Article 6 - Revisions

Each package includes a number of revisions as specified in its description. Additional revisions can be requested and will be billed separately according to our pricing schedule.

Article 7 - Cancellation

For subscription-based packages, cancellation can be made at any time, free of charge, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refund will be issued for the current period.

Article 8 - Warranty and Liability

Web Pro Studio commits to delivering a functional website that conforms to the agreed specifications. However, Web Pro Studio's liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property

Upon final delivery and full payment, the client becomes the owner of the website and its content. The source code and designs remain the property of Web Pro Studio, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.

Article 10 - Data Protection

Web Pro Studio commits to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data collected is used solely for the purpose of providing services and is never shared with third parties without your consent.

Article 11 - Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
